Synor is looking for a full stack developer who can independently build production-grade web applications using Next.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. You will work on real client projects — e-commerce platforms, booking systems, custom CMS integrations, dashboards, and SEO-optimised marketing websites.

What you will do:
- Reach out to local businesses via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, direct visits, and referral networks
- Follow up on inbound leads from synor.in
- Explain the value of websites, SEO, and digital marketing in plain language — in Hindi, English, or Hinglish
- Help maintain and grow existing client relationships for repeat work
- Represent Synor at local business events and associations

Synor is expanding into video content for clients (brand films, product shoots, testimonials) and for our own founder channel. We need one person who can both shoot and edit — someone with a cinematic eye and the editing speed to turn around reels in 24–48 hours when needed.
We need:
- Hands-on camera experience (mirrorless or DSLR) — exposure, composition, colour temperature
- Video editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
- Understanding of short-form content pacing (30–90 sec reels)
- Colour grading experience
- Varanasi-based strongly preferred for on-site shoots
