By engaging with Synor for any service, you agree to these legal terms.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between the Client and Synor. Any payment, written confirmation, or project kickoff confirms acceptance.

It is the Client's responsibility to read and understand the latest Terms before engagement.

Services Covered

  • -Website and app development
  • -UI/UX, branding, and design
  • -SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
  • -Consulting, hosting, domain, and maintenance services

Project Commencement

  1. 01Advance/full payment received
  2. 02Written approval over email/WhatsApp
  3. 03Project assets or credentials shared for work start

No Refund After Commencement

Once work begins, fees already paid are non-refundable due to allocated time, resources, and third-party costs.

Payment Terms

Standard milestone model applies unless a custom agreement is signed.

  • -Late fee can apply on overdue invoices.
  • -Synor may pause work on non-payment.
  • -Final files/access may be withheld until full payment.

Scope, Revisions, and Delays

  • -Each proposal includes defined scope and limited revisions.
  • -Out-of-scope requests are billed separately through change requests.
  • -Client-side delays (content/approvals/payments) extend timelines.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • -No guaranteed rankings, leads, revenue, ROI, or ad outcomes.
  • -Total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
  • -No liability for indirect or consequential losses.
