No Guaranteed Results

  • -No guaranteed ROAS, CPL, leads, revenue, or rankings.
  • -Performance depends on platform algorithms, competition, market, pricing, and audience behavior.
  • -Synor provides strategy, optimization, and reporting - not guaranteed outcomes.

Account Suspension and Platform Risk

  • -Platform suspension/penalty risk exists and remains outside Synor control.
  • -Synor can assist with appeals but cannot guarantee reinstatement.
  • -Budget consumed/locked due to platform action is non-recoverable from Synor.
