The project was executed in three focused phases over 12 weeks. Phase 1 — Website Development (Weeks 1–4): We designed and developed a fully responsive, Next.js-powered e-commerce website featuring over 200 product listings with professional photography, detailed descriptions, GST-compliant invoicing, Razorpay payment integration, and a WhatsApp quick-order button for customers who preferred direct communication. Page load time was brought down to under 1.8 seconds. Phase 2 — SEO & Content (Weeks 3–8): On-page SEO was implemented across all product and category pages. We published 8 long-form blog posts targeting informational keywords. Technical SEO fixes included schema markup for products and local business, XML sitemap submission, and Core Web Vitals optimization. Off-page SEO involved outreach to fashion bloggers and Varanasi tourism websites for backlinks. Phase 3 — Paid & Social Media (Weeks 6–12): We launched Google Shopping ads with a modest budget of ₹15,000/month and Instagram reels showcasing weavers at their looms — humanizing the brand and generating authentic engagement. Influencer collaborations with 3 mid-tier saree and fashion creators on Instagram resulted in a combined reach of over 2.8 lakh users in the first month of campaigns.
