Custom Web Platform Architecture — Design and develop a single unified platform on hatsconsulting.me that serves as both the agency's public-facing website and its complete internal operations system — eliminating the tool fragmentation that was costing the agency hours of administrative time every week.
  2. Role-Based User Management System — Build a secure multi-level user management system supporting three distinct user types — agency admin, client accounts, and affiliate partner accounts — each with strictly controlled access permissions, dedicated dashboard views, and tailored operational tools appropriate to their role in the affiliate ecosystem.
  3. Structured Report Submission and Management Workflow — Replace the chaotic manual report collection process with a structured digital workflow — affiliates submit reports through a standardised form-based system, reports are automatically organised and routed to the relevant client and admin accounts, and clients access their approved reports through self-service dashboards at any time without manual agency intervention.
  4. National SEO for Affiliate Marketing Keywords — Build the public-facing sections of the platform with comprehensive SEO targeting affiliate marketing agency keywords nationally — positioning HATS Consulting to capture brand clients actively searching for affiliate program management services across India.

Synor delivered the complete HATS Consulting platform in four structured phases over 45 days — each phase building on the last to create a fully integrated operational system by launch day.

Phase 1 — Discovery and Architecture (Days 1 to 7)

Synor began with a deep operational discovery process — mapping every workflow HATS Consulting performs daily, weekly, and monthly across client management, affiliate operations, and reporting cycles. This included documenting every user type and their specific operational needs, mapping the complete report submission lifecycle from affiliate submission through agency review to client delivery, and identifying every data point that needed to flow between user types within the platform.

The output of this phase was a complete platform architecture document — covering database structure, user role permissions matrix, report workflow logic, dashboard data requirements for each user type, and the full public-facing website structure with SEO keyword mapping for all service pages. This architecture document became the single source of truth for the entire development process — ensuring every technical decision made during development served the operational reality of how HATS Consulting actually works.

Phase 2 — Core Platform Development (Days 7 to 28)

With the architecture confirmed, Synor moved into the core development phase — building the platform's three main components simultaneously across the development team.

The public-facing website was developed first — establishing the visual design system, brand language, and SEO architecture that would carry through into the platform's authenticated sections. Service pages for each of HATS Consulting's affiliate marketing offerings were built with full keyword optimization, schema markup, and conversion-focused layout design. Phase 3 — Dashboard and Performance Views (Days 28 to 38)

With the core platform functional, Synor built the performance dashboard layer — creating dedicated dashboard views for each user type that present the most relevant operational data in the clearest possible format.

The agency admin dashboard provides a complete operational overview — all active client programs, all affiliate partner activity across programs, pending report submissions requiring review, and platform-wide performance metrics. The client dashboard presents program-level performance data — total affiliate activity, top performing partners by conversion volume, revenue attribution trends, and month-on-month comparison data — in an executive-friendly format that makes the value of each client's affiliate program immediately visible without requiring any data interpretation from the agency team. The affiliate dashboard shows individual performance metrics, commission earned and pending, report submission history, and program resource downloads — giving each affiliate partner complete self-service visibility into their own activity.

Phase 4 — SEO Implementation and Launch (Days 38 to 45)
