The Challenge
⚠️
EduOnTech came to us with a clear vision — bridging the gap between education and technology for Indian learners through a modern, accessible online platform. The concept was strong, the content was ready, and the team behind it was genuinely passionate about what they were building. But they had one significant problem: their digital presence didn't match the quality of what they were offering. The existing setup was built quickly on a generic template — functional enough to exist, but nowhere near good enough to compete in India's crowded EdTech market. In a space where learners are comparing five platforms before enrolling in one, a website that looks and feels average sends exactly the wrong signal about the quality of education behind it.The specific problems we identified at the start of the project:
Weak visual identity on the web — the website didn't reflect EduOnTech's brand positioning or communicate its core value proposition within the first few seconds of landing
No SEO architecture — the site had no meaningful on-page SEO, no keyword targeting, no optimized course pages, and no structured content strategy to attract organic traffic
Poor mobile experience — over 70% of Indian learners discover platforms on mobile, and the site was not built mobile-first, causing layout issues and slow load times on phones
No trust infrastructure — no testimonials, no instructor credentials displayed prominently, no student outcome data — all the elements that convince a hesitant learner to enroll were missing
Unclear user journey — visitors landing on the site couldn't quickly understand what EduOnTech offered, who it was for, or what to do next — leading to high bounce rates and low enrollment conversions
No analytics or tracking — there was no way to measure traffic sources, user behavior, or conversion performance, making it impossible to improve over time
The result was a platform with genuine potential that was consistently underperforming because its front door — the website — wasn't doing its job.
Our Strategy

Our Strategy

Before beginning any design or development work, we spent time understanding EduOnTech's core audience and competitive positioning. The EdTech space in India is intensely competitive — dominated by heavily funded platforms with large marketing budgets. For a growing platform like EduOnTech to carve out its space, the website needed to work significantly harder than average. Our strategy was anchored around four core pillars:1. Trust-First Design
Education is a high-stakes decision for learners. A student choosing where to invest their time and money needs to feel confident before they enroll. Every design decision — from typography to color to content placement — would be made with the goal of building that confidence quickly and naturally.2. SEO-Driven Architecture
The site structure would be built around how learners actually search — not around internal organizational preferences. Every course category, subject area, and content type would have its own dedicated, keyword-optimized page designed to rank for the specific terms potential students are using on Google.3. Mobile-First Development
Given that the majority of EduOnTech's target audience browses and discovers platforms on mobile devices, the entire website would be designed and built for mobile first — with desktop as the secondary consideration, not the primary one.4. Conversion-Optimized User Journey
Every page would have a clear, singular purpose — and a clear next step. The path from landing on the homepage to expressing enrollment interest would be reduced to as few steps and as little friction as possible.

Discovery & Planning (Week 1)We began with a thorough competitive analysis of EdTech websites operating in similar niches — studying the design patterns, content structures, and SEO strategies of the strongest performers. We also conducted keyword research specifically mapped to EduOnTech's course offerings and target audience — identifying the exact search terms Indian learners use when looking for the types of programs EduOnTech provides. From this research we built a complete site architecture — a map of every page, its purpose, its target keyword, and how it connected to every other page on the site. This blueprint was agreed upon before a single design element was created.UI/UX Design (Week 2–4)The visual design was built from scratch — no templates, no stock UI kits. We developed a design language that felt modern, tech-forward, and approachable — clean layouts with strong typographic hierarchy, a color palette that communicated credibility and energy simultaneously, and an image strategy centered on real learning contexts rather than generic stock photography.Key design decisions included:
A homepage hero section that immediately answered the three most important questions any first-time visitor asks: What is this? Who is it for? Why should I trust it?
A course browsing experience designed for quick scanning and natural exploration — learners needed to find relevant courses within seconds without feeling overwhelmed
Instructor profile components that displayed credentials, experience, and personality — essential for EdTech trust-building
Testimonial and social proof sections placed strategically at the moments in the user journey where doubt is most likely to occur
Clear, prominent enrollment CTAs on every course page — never more than one scroll away from wherever the user was reading
Development (Week 3–6)The site was built with performance as a non-negotiable constraint from day one. Key technical implementations included:
Mobile-first responsive development — designed and coded for phones first, scaled up for tablets and desktops
Image optimization and lazy loading — all images compressed and loaded only when needed, keeping page weight low without sacrificing visual quality
Core Web Vitals optimization — meeting Google's performance thresholds for Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay, and Cumulative Layout Shift
SSL certificate and HTTPS throughout
Schema markup for educational content — structured data helping Google understand and display EduOnTech's courses with rich results in search
WhatsApp inquiry integration — allowing interested learners to reach out instantly without filling out a lengthy form
Google Analytics 4 and Search Console setup — full tracking from day one so every traffic source, user behavior, and conversion event was measurable
SEO Implementation (Week 4–7)With the site architecture already built around keyword strategy, on-page SEO implementation was systematic and thorough:
Title tags and meta descriptions written for every page — balancing keyword inclusion with genuine click-worthiness
Heading hierarchy implemented correctly across all pages — H1 through H3 used with semantic purpose, not decoration
Internal linking structure built to distribute authority from high-traffic pages to course-specific pages
Image alt text written descriptively and keyword-relevantly across all visual assets
URL structure kept clean, short, and keyword-inclusive
A blog section set up and seeded with initial content targeting informational search queries relevant to EduOnTech's audience — questions potential students ask before choosing a platform
Testing & Launch (Week 7–8)Before launch, the site was tested across twelve device and browser combinations — covering the full range of Android devices, iPhones, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Load speed was measured and optimized on both 4G and WiFi connections. All forms, CTAs, and WhatsApp integrations were tested end-to-end.Post-launch, we monitored Search Console for crawl errors, checked that all target pages were indexed correctly, and made minor performance adjustments in the first two weeks based on real user data.

Within the first 60 days of the new EduOnTech website going live, the platform's digital performance shifted measurably across every key indicator.Organic search visibility — which had previously been near zero — began building as Google indexed the new SEO-optimized pages and began ranking them for relevant educational search terms. Site speed scores improved dramatically from the previous setup, with the new site loading in under 2.5 seconds on mobile — a threshold that directly impacts both Google rankings and user retention. Most importantly, the website now functions as a genuine trust-building and conversion tool. When a potential learner lands on eduontech.in, they immediately understand what the platform offers, feel confident in the quality behind it, and have a clear, friction-free path to enrolling or getting in touch. That combination — clarity, trust, and ease of action — is what turns website visitors into paying students. The client's feedback reflected exactly this shift. The new site received immediate positive responses from users, with the improved mobile experience and clearer course presentation specifically highlighted as significant upgrades over what existed before.
