Refund Policy

Transparent refund rules for service engagements.

No Refund After Work Starts

Once a project has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.

Scenario	Refund Status
Work not started (very early cancellation)	Possible, less processing costs
Work already commenced	No refund
Milestone delivered	No refund for delivered milestone
Synor cannot continue as agreed	Case-based prorated review

-Ad spend credited to Google/Meta/platform accounts is non-refundable.
-Account suspension or platform policy actions do not create Synor refund liability for spent/locked budget.
-Management fees and ad budget are separate and independently non-refundable once used.
